Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic on the private oceanfront boardwalk. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf or relax by one of the Sanctuary's three pools during the day. In the evenings be sure to catch the fiery colors of the sky as the sun slowly sets over the Back Bay.

The owner of this unit has packed the property with fun things to do every minute of your vacation. The Living area offers a large flat screen television conveniently located for optimum viewing from the kitchen, dining area or relaxing on one of the leather sofas or recliner. With Wireless Internet, Cable television, a Blu Ray DVD player and a Wii entertainment console available, you're sure to enjoy hours of family fun.

Our second bedroom is a gamer's delight with a flat screen television, a Sony PS 3 gaming system and a gamers chair. Be sure to bring your favorite Wii and PS3 Games for unending days and nights of fun.

For everyone's convenience, the garage level storage closet comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and a beach cart for transport. There's plenty of room for your special beach items as well.

A Linen and Towel Package is included and Use of Condo Amenities, Swimming Pool (open mid May to mid September. 2 Free Parking Spaces Per Unit, No Smoking, Fire Code Regulation Prohibits the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devises on the Unit Balconies.

Little Island Park is located right next door and is a great family spot with the largest public beach in Sandbridge and is lifeguarded in season. There's also a playground for the kids, fishing pier, covered picnic area, basketball and lighted tennis courts, bath houses and lots of parking. Here, you can catch a tram to tour Back Bay National Wildlife Park.
